When we were growing up, our mother showed champion dogs, where breed health and condition are so important. We lived and played together every day with our dogs - they were family, they were friends. Feeding and caring for them, we came to understand every detail of their happiness, health and wellness.
It was a natural evolution for us to be inspired to create dog food. Our unique upbringing compelled us to set new uncompromising standards which defined the search for original and exceptional ingredients and, the innovation of green tripe.
When we set out to create the recipes for TRIPE DRY, we wanted the ingredients to speak the loudest. Our philosophy has always been to produce superior dog foods based on unparalleled ingredients for exceptional nutrition.
Green Tripe has been central to PetKind since we began producing dog food in 2001. We know the amazing impact of this nutrient-rich ingredient on the lives of the animals we cherish, so we set out to ensure Green Tripe was the leading ingredient in all TRIPE DRY recipes. We use Bison, Beef, & Lamb Tripe throughout the 4 formulation line-up, all sourced from top quality suppliers and CFIA approved for human edible consumption. We wouldn't have it any other way.
PetKind's history of sourcing only the best ingredients is what inspires us. Our TRIPE DRY line-up includes a Green Tripe & Wild Salmon Formula, which uses 100% Wild Salmon, caught fresh in the Pacific Northwest. We also offer a hypo-allergic, chicken-free option in our Green Lamb Tripe Formula. All of our products are MADE WITH Organic Canadian & Peruvian Quinoa, so they are not only gluten and grain-free, but provide an added protein bonus. And, we never add potatoes (lowering the glycemic index), corn, soy, grains or wheat.
We are proud to offer a product that is 100% produced and sourced in Canada*.
Our commitment and passion are to support our customers in providing a healthy, active, and full life!
*All ingredients are sourced within Canada with the exception of Lamb Tripe (New Zealand), Quinoa (Canada & Peru), and fruits and vegetables (USA).
