We have a bone to pick with most mass-produced, feed-grade pet food brands. They use words like “natural” and “healthy” for feed-grade products that are far from acceptable to us. To ensure your pets eat the safest, healthiest and highest quality foods, insist on 100% human grade. It’s a real standard no feed-grade food can claim.
From eggs and salmon to pumpkin and parsley, wholesome foods you recognize and can pronounce are the only ingredients we use. And what we leave out is as important as what we put in.
To meet our 100% human-grade standard, our suppliers must provide proof of food origins, screening, handling, cleaning and more. We only source from folks we know and trust, including a few we started with back in 2002.
Our company started in our founder’s kitchen, where she made meals for her family. Today, we’re still preparing our food alongside people food, because we’re 7x cleaner than feed-grade facilities and inspected by the FDA.
We’ve adopted a time-honored technique for preserving the nutrients in our foods — dehydration. We ditch the heavy processing of feed-grade foods, taking a gentler approach instead.
