Set up your Petsense.com account to manage your subscriptions

To create your account, visit our accounts page and choose Register Today or click here. Subscriptions associated with your email address will automatically populate your profile. Once signed in, click the link for "Manage Your Subscriptions." Here you'll find all of the options you'll need to manage and update your subscription orders.

Can I change my frequency?

You can update the frequency of your orders at any time. Simply visit your Petsense.com account and choose the frequency that better suits your needs, anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months!

Can I choose my order date?

Absolutely! Changing your order date for your next upcoming order is easy. Sign in to your Petsense.com account and select "Manage My Subscriptions." On your subscription dashboard, you'll see the option to Change Date. You can also choose to Send Now to place an order right away if you find you are running low.

How do I update my billing or shipping information?

Sign in to your Petsense.com account and select "Manage My Subscriptions." Inside the subscription dashboard you will see the hyperlinks to change billing and change shipping information.

Can I skip an order?

If, for whatever reason, you find you have too much of an item in your pantry, you can easily skip an order, pause your subscription, or change your upcoming order date! Sign in to your Petsense.com account and select "Manage My Subscriptions."

How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sad to see you leave, but hopefully it's to switch to another great product! Canceling your subscription is easy - just visit your Petsense.com account, choose "Manage My Subscriptions," and click to cancel subscription.

If you only need to temporarily cancel your subscription, you also have the option to pause!

Will I be charged shipping?

Ship to Home orders over $49 ship free! If your subscription order is below that threshold, you will be charged a $6.99 fee for shipping.
