If you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from Petsense by Tractor Supply, return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price. Active Neighbor's Club members are eligible for 30 Day paperless returns. All returns require a proof of purchase or are subject to refund verification system approval.
For store purchases, the cash register receipt or any transactions attached to a customer’s Neighbors Club account serves as a proof of purchase for items bought at your local Petsense by Tractor Supply store.
Store returns without proof of purchase or after 30 days from purchase date require refund verification system approval. Approved returns without a receipt require a valid State or Federal ID. If approved, the item will be returned for the current item price and any refund will be issued in the form of a gift card. Approved returns with a receipt after 30 days from purchase date will be refunded as described in the Refunds section.
Refunds for items returned to your local Tractor Supply store are made by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided; in some cases a store-only Merchandise Return card will be issued.
Petsense gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.
Items acquired through a "FREE" promotion at Petsense cannot be refunded.
