Although appointments are not mandatory, we strong advise scheduling one to make sure that one of our groomers is available when convenient for you. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, making an appointment in advance ensures that we can offer the best service for you and your pet.
Cat services require specially trained groomers and are only available at select locations. Please call your salon to inquire and book an appointment.

To ensure the well-being of both guests and groomers, we require proof of up-to-date rabies vaccinations for all pets 16 weeks and older. There must be a 48-hour period between vaccine administration and their grooming service. Proof of rabies vaccination in the form of Vet paperwork is required; rabies tags are not a valid form of vaccination proof.
Pets are kenneled during their service and provided water. Kenneled pets are checked on frequently, and we aim to keep kennel time to a minimum. Once the service is completed, pets are expected to be picked up as soon as possible. Express services are available. Please call your local salon for details.

Older pets are more prone to stress or triggering a preexisting condition during grooming sessions. Be sure to flag any special conditions with your groomer during check-in so that they can make notes on your pet's profile and determine any specific needs during the groom. An express service is an expedited service without kenneling, limiting the amount of time your pet will spend in the salon. When the groom is complete, your pet will be returned to you right away, so we will ask you to stay in or near the store during your pet’s appointment. Express services are available by appointment only and recommended for senior dogs and dogs who get anxious during grooming. Please call your local salon for details.
For the safety of pets, we do not administer sedation to pets, and we cannot accept animals that have been sedated. If your dog or cat has a history of exhibiting challenging behavior during grooming or bathing, please inform us during drop-off.
