A message to our Pet Parents from Petsense
Dear Pet Parent,
We know you have so much to take care of during this difficult time including your family and your pets. As the place you trust for the pets you love, we want you to know that through the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, you can count on all of us at Petsense to be here for you.
Simply put, we’re open, and our plan is to stay open to provide you with the essential products and services you need.
Here’s our plan:
- Because we know you count on us, our stores are staying open, but we are adjusting our hours. Please contact your local Petsense store for their updated hours.
- We are making sure our stores are safe for you and our Associates. That means extra daily cleaning to give you the safest environment to shop, and for our Associates to be there to help you.
- Health and safety are our top priority. We are taking care of our Associates so they can take care of you. This includes offering paid leave to any Associate affected by illness, so nobody must come to work sick.
- Grooming services are open in accordance with state guidelines. Please contact your local Petsense store for more information.
As our Customer, your health and safety are always of the utmost importance. We know that your family and pets count on you to take care of them, and our commitment is to be here for you.
